- Tenha um serviço nota 10. Não prometa o que não pode cumprir, pois o objetivo deve ser sempre ultrapassar as expectativas dos clientes.

- Conheça o atendimento e os serviços prestados pelos concorrentes, pois se deve, no mínimo, superá-los;

- Crie o Serviço de Atendimento ao Consumidor (SAC) e preocupe-se com o Código de Defesa do Consumidor;

- Divida os espaços de loja de acordo com os tipos de produtos e o perfil dos clientes.

- Simplifique o sistema de concessão de crédito. Os serviços de consulta a cheques, juntamente com a checagem de referências comerciais, muitas vezes bastam;

- Dê atenção à identidade visual (pinturas, letreiros, placas, pisos, balcões, uniformes e outros detalhes que levam o público a formar a imagem de sua loja);

- Analise a possibilidade de firmar convênios de vendas com grandes empresas e instituições. O consumidor gosta de liberdade de escolha, opções e autonomia de ações;

- Estabeleça também políticas de remuneração para as vendas por telefone e para a concessão de crediário a novos clientes.
