Para impulsionar o negócio, a empresária participou de um programa que melhorou o atendimento e os serviços.

A empresária Agda Óliver montou o negócio em 2010, depois de ter sido enganada por um mecânico na hora de arrumar o próprio carro. Ela decidiu aprender tudo sobre esse universo dominado pelos homens e montar seu negócio.

“Estudei muito sobre isso, tanto na parte administrativa como na parte mecânica, hoje inclusive eu faço um curso de mecânica”, diz a empresária.

O local recebe cerca de 90 clientes por mês e 60% deles são mulheres. O atendimento é feito com hora marcada e os funcionários explicam de forma clara o motivo do defeito e o funcionamento do carro.

O visual também é diferente das oficinas convencionais. Até a caixa de ferramentas tem um toque feminino.

“Eu me sinto bem aqui. É um local agradável. Vale porque você está em contato com outras mulheres. Não é aquele ambiente masculinizado, né?”, diz Darlene silva, cliente da oficina

Para personalizar o atendimento, a empresária treinou uma funcionária para fazer os reparos.

Os serviços mais pesados ainda ficam por conta dos homens, mas a funcionária participa de praticamente de todos os consertos

Desde o início do empreendimento, Agda contou com o apoio do Sebrae, por meio do programa Ali – agentes locais de inovação. “O Ali chegou, bateu na minha porta, me apresentou o projeto e disse que iria me ajudar. Até então, eu também não sabia se tinha como eles me ajudarem a colocar em prática. Eles me indicaram fazer um curso, fiz um curso de inovação e consegui fazer oficina mecânica para mulheres”, conta Agda.

O Ali faz a empresa receber visitas de profissionais especializados em identificar problemas e oportunidades, que fazem um verdadeiro diagnóstico do negócio.

“Com base no levantamento diagnóstico que é feito se verificou a necessidade de adequação de alguns processos de inovação dentro da empresa dela. E ela, conhecendo o mercado de atuação dela, decidiu investir num publico feminino que geralmente tem dificuldade, às vezes, quando vai levar seus veículos para fazer o processo de reparação”, diz Ricardo Gomes, do Sebrae Brasília/DF.

As visitas técnicas dão origem a um plano de ação, que traz sugestões de melhorias e estratégias para aumentar a lucratividade da empresa. Depois dessas dicas, a dona do negócio pôs em prática uma ideia inovadora.
