Na sexta-feira (10.01.14), o Ministério da Previdência Social divulgou as novas faixas salariais e as alíquotas de descontos dos salários neste ano. Com a alteração, aumentou o valor máximo do salário a ter o desconto de 8%, que passou de R$ 1.247,70 para R$ 1.317,07.

O desconto do INSS para quem ganha o teto passou de R$ 457,49 para R$ 482,93.

A nova tabela de descontos da contribuição previdenciária muda também os pagamentos dos trabalhadores autônomos e prestadores de serviços, que fazem os recolhimentos por conta própria, pelo carnê, e das empregadas domésticas.

No Estado de São Paulo, os salários das domésticas, seguem o mínimo regional, de R$ 810 neste ano. Por isso, o valor do mínimo que será descontado de seus salários para o INSS, é de R$ 64,80. A alíquota para os patrões continua a mesma, de 12% sobre o salário. Para o piso, eles recolherão R$ 97,20.

Os trabalhadores com carteira assinada que contribuem pelo teto do INSS também terão um novo desconto. O valor passará a ser de R$ 482,93, pois o teto passou a ser de R$ 4.390,24.

O autônomo poderá pagar de R$ 144,80 a R$ 878,05 neste ano. Esse mínimo e máximo correspondem a 20% do valor do salário mínimo e do teto. Com esse pagamento, o autônomo tem direito à aposentadoria por tempo de contribuição e por idade, que serão calculadas pela média das 80% maiores contribuições.

Eles também podem pagar 11% do mínimo, para ter a aposentadoria por idade no valor do salário mínimo. (FERNANDA BRIGATTI)
