Para reduzir o índice de rotatividade é preciso pesquisar as principais causas, diagnosticar cada uma e atribuir uma solução.
A alta competitividade no mercado de trabalho tem feito crescer o turnover nas empresas. Os impactos da entrada e saída de pessoal para uma empresa têm reflexos diretos na produtividade e afeta diretamente a satisfação dos colaboradores.
Segundo o diretor-executivo da Innovia Training & Consulting, Ricardo Barbosa, para reduzir o índice de rotatividade, é preciso pesquisar as principais causas, diagnosticar cada uma e atribuir uma solução.Se você acha que a questão salarial é a única que influencia o alto turnover, você está enganado.
O diretor da Innovia ressalta que os administradores podem estranhar, mas esse não é o grande problema.“Mas com certeza uma empresa que paga muito pouco para seus valores terá primeiramente que repensar essa situação, para depois utilizar outras medidas motivacionais”, enfatiza.
Confira as sete dicas para evitar o turnover:
1. Quando o colaborador pede demissão ou é demitido o gestor deve fazer uma entrevista pessoal para saber o motivo. Questionário estruturado para ser preenchido por mera formalidade de nada adianta.
2. Compare o salário oferecido para os profissionais da sua área com o de outras empresas. “Muitas vezes terá a triste descoberta que está formando mão de obra para eles”;
3. Tenha um plano de carreira claro. O gestor deve ter definido até onde os seus colaboradores podem chegar;
4. Ofereça cursos de reciclagens e aperfeiçoamento;
5. Repense nas políticas para plantão de finais de semana, feriados e horas extras. A escala da equipe não pode ser com o intuito de punição ou de proteção;
6. Atenção para os profissionais que justificam faltas com atestado médico. Confira e confirme os motivos;
7. Analise qual o clima que reina na sua equipe e na empresa como um todo. Avalie como você trata os colaboradores e como são dados os feedbacks.
