Aumento da demanda por crédito e cortes das taxas de juros feitos pelos bancos trazem a necessidade de os varejistas se prepararem para entender o movimento do mercado
Desde o mês de abril, quando o Banco do Brasil e a Caixa Econômica Federal anunciaram a redução dos juros, iniciou-se um processo esperado por grande parte dos economistas: o aumento da demanda por crédito e a pressão para que outros bancos também efetuassem cortes nas taxas.
Os bancos Bradesco e Itaú foram os primeiros a se pronunciar quanto às novas medidas, e a Caixa Econômica Federal informou que houve um aumento de 17% no volume de concessão de crédito para pessoas físicas e de 9% na procura de empresas por financiamentos logo após a divulgação da decisão de reduzir os juros em diversas linhas.
A partir de agora, os varejistas devem observar muito bem o movimento do mercado e estudar quais serão os desdobramentos que essas ações terão em médio e longo prazo. A queda nos juros diminui a receita? Se sim, como compensar essa redução? Os custos para o desenvolvimento dos negócios também caíram? É hora de começar a fidelizar em vez de prospectar?
Todas essas perguntas devem ser criteriosamente analisadas pelos comerciantes. É tempo de planejar, rever a gestão e definir ações que criem bases sólidas para o desenvolvimento dos negócios.
